The City of Arden Hills has fourteen beautiful park areas that cover almost 102 acres. The City's parks offer a wide range of facilities and activities. For locations / addresses of all park facilities in Arden Hills, please see our Parks and Recreation Parks and Trails Map.

Tony Schmidt Regional Park is a County Park.    Visit the Ramsey County website for rental information for that park.

Picnic Shelter Rentals

Reservations for park facilities are taken on a first come, first serve basis. A fee is charged for reserving picnic facilities. A Facilities Rental Application can be completed and submitted online, or printed and faxed in to 651-634-5137, or dropped off at City Hall. No reservations are secured until the application and all money due is paid.

Picnic shelter facilities are available weekends in May and daily from Memorial Day through October 31. Cummings Park and Perry Park have larger pavilions and are the only facilities meant for larger parties. They have special guidelines for review before considering renting.

Note: City Recreation and Park activities have priority over rental use. Cummings, Floral, Hazelnut, and Perry Parks are utilized Monday through Thursday during the months of June and July for summer recreation activities and have limited daytime availability.

The City operates four ice rinks with warming houses. These facilities can be rented during non-public use times only. For information on public use times, location, and reservations, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 651-792-7848. No reservations are secured until an application and all money due is paid. An Ice Rink Rental Application can be completed on submitted online, or printed and faxed to 651-634-5137, or dropped off at City Hall.
