Based on the March 20, 2020 letter of determination signed by Mayor David Grant, City Councilmembers can attend meetings by telephone or other electronic means.
Cable Channel 16
Tune in to Arden Hills Government Access Channel 16 to watch City Council and Planning Commission meetings. This channel also includes other programs of interest to the community.
The playback schedule shows the most recent meeting until the next recorded meeting occurs. For example, if the last meeting was a City Council meeting, that meeting will replay until the next Planning Commission or City Council meeting occurs.
The playback schedule is as follows:
- Monday - Friday, 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Saturday - Sunday, 7 a.m., 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Although the City does its best to update this schedule, the broadcast schedule is subject to change as needed.
Webcasts
The City of Arden Hills broadcasts both live and archived City Council and Planning Commission meetings via the Internet. The web casts are hosted by CTV15.org.

A meeting is typically archived within 24 to 48 hours after the meeting has occurred.
