The City Council approved the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC), which acts as the guiding document for the site, on July 13, 2015 and further revised it on December 12, 2016. The TRC can be found in the City Code under Chapter 13 Section 1380

Draft Master Plan

On December 16 and 26, 2013, the City Council previewed the draft Master Plan as prepared by the master plan consultants. The consultants made two presentations:

December 16 (PDF) - the planning process, site characteristics and constraints

December 26 (PDF) - parks, trails and open space; number of jobs and residents; and land uses

January 2014 Open House

The draft Master Plan was presented at the January 22, 2014, TCAAP Open House. Approximately 100 people attended. Several informational boards (PDF) were displayed as well as an interactive roundabout exhibit. Attendees provided lots of great feedback on the plan. The master planning consultants have compiled a summary of comments (PDF) from the open house, Planning Commission, Joint Development Authority, and developer interviews.

September 2013 Open House

The first TCAAP Open House, held on September, 17, 2013, marked the end of the "discovery phase" of the master planning process, and the beginning of the work to draft the Master Plan. At the open house, display boards depicted site characteristics such as; TCAAP Site Context (PDF), Elevations (PDF), Regional Transportation Infrastructure (PDF), Environmental Features (PDF), and Surrounding Parks and Trails (PDF). Attendees participated in land use exercises to inform consultants of the community preferences (PDF) for the mix and placement of land uses.
