Legal & Public Notices

Following the closure of the Lillie Suburban News/Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin (the City's local newspaper) in 2019, the City Council appointed the St. Paul Pioneer Press as it's official newspaper of record. 

The City is required to appoint a newspaper of record as the official location for the publication of all public notices. Generally at its first meeting of the year, the City Council considers appointment of its newspaper of record. The City Council has elected to continue with the Pioneer Press as it's official newspaper of record following the original designation in 2019 as noted above.

In addition to newspaper publication of all notices, the City provides below the legal and public notices for upcoming Planning Commission and City Council consideration.

• Notice of Site Plan Review Request at 3535 Pine Tree Drive (Lake Johanna Fire Department/Planning Case 26-001) - March 9th meeting
• Notice of Public Hearing for Amendments to the City's Code of Ordinances (Stormwater Management/Planning Case 26-003) - March 9th meeting
• Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Interim Ordinance Providing for a Moratorium on the Establishment of Detention Facilities within the City - March 9th meeting
