Agenda Center

The Agenda Center contains agendas, supporting documents, and minutes for city meetings.

1. Scroll down the page to locate the desired Council, Committee, or Commission and meeting date.
2. To view agendas, click "Download." Packets are published at least 3 days prior to the meeting date per State law. Please note occasionally a "bench handout" is provided to the Council, Commission or Committee at the actual meeting. In 2009, the City Council adopted Laserfiche as its official document repository and it contains any such "bench handout" within the formal, final packet. 3. To view minutes, click the green check mark. If the meeting does not have a green check mark, the minutes have not yet been formally approved by the Council.
