1. Can I recycle clothes and linens?

Yes, please visit Ramsey County’s Donation and Reuse web page. 

2. Do I need to sign up for recycling pick-up?

If you live in a single-family residential unit, duplex, or townhome you do not need to sign up. You just need to place your recycling cart at the curb by 6:45 am on your service day. * Properties south of I-694 have pick-up on Tuesdays. * Properties north of I-694 have pick-up on Wednesdays. The city contracts with Republic Services. To establish an account and services, visit Republic Services Customer Support or call (952) 941-5174. 

3. How do I get a recycling cart?

If you have not been issued a recycling cart, please contact Republic Services to request a recycling cart for your home.

4. Can I get doorstep recycling pickup?

Residents can contact Republic Services to arrange special pickup instructions if they are disabled or unable to get their recyclables to the curb. Reach them by phone at (952) 941-5174.

5. My recycling was missed! Who do I call?

You must have your recycling at the curb on your recycling day no later than 6:45 a.m. If your recycling was accidentally missed, please contact Republic Services online or by calling (952) 941-5174.
