The city operates four ice rink facilities from mid December thru February (dates subject to change, weather permitting). Cummings Park and Perry Park are the only buildings that have indoor bathroom facilities. Freeway Park and Hazelnut Park have outdoor bathroom facilities. Specific details regarding park locations, hours of operation, and park amenities are listed on the following pages.

Ice rinks are not available for reservations during regular rink hours, with the exception of youth hockey associations who may schedule practice time for a maximum of two hours per week. All non-youth hockey association rental time be after regular hours and must have an Arden Hills rink attendant on duty. There is a charge for rink usage after normal hours. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 651-792-7848 for current pricing and more information. A damage deposit is required for all rentals in the amount of $200. Your application must be submitted at least ten working days in advance of your request date. The application will be reviewed upon receipt and if there are no scheduling conflicts, you will receive a rental confirmation. If an adjustment needs to be made to the fees, date, time or location, our staff will contact you by phone. No phone reservations will be accepted. The facility will be considered reserved once all fees have been received. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

No horseplay or rough play allowed on ice (tag or chains) or in warming house! No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the warming house, on the ice rink, or on park property at any time! No hockey or broomball playing allowed on pleasure rink! No throwing of snowballs or any foreign objects at any time! Please respect all persons and property at all times! Keep all litter in the containers provided! Report all injuries and other incidents to City staff!

Trash must be place in trash bins.

I have reviewed the ice rink rules and regulations. I understand that while using the park, I and my guests, must abide by the rules stated in the ice rink use regulations. I further understand that my damage deposit or parts thereof my be forfeited if I or my guests cause damage to the facility or if the facility is nor returned to its previous condition.
