The City of Arden Hills requires a license for all dogs and cats more than three months of age, being kept or owned in the city. A copy of the Certification of Rabies Vaccination from your veterinarian showing a current rabies vaccination must accompany your application in order for your pet(s) to be issued a license.
Beginning January 1, 2025, the City will issue a pet lifetime license for a fee of $50 per pet for Arden Hills residents. The fee for a college student's lifetime pet license is $15 per pet.

Payment should be paid by using “Bill Pay” on this website or by mail. A tag will be mailed to you upon receipt of a correctly completed application and payment.
