Old Highway 10 Trail Feasibility Study
This trail would be a 6,700-foot, north-south facing connection from Lake Valentine Road to CR-96 along Old Highway 10. The Old Highway 10 Trail Feasibility Study (PDF) provides information about possible considerations if the trail were to be designed and constructed. Considerations may include but are not limited to existing conditions with utilities, drainage, environmental challenges, estimated costs, and project funding sources.
Ramsey County has completed a study to identify trail and road design concepts for Lake Johanna Boulevard between Snelling Avenue North and County Road D in Arden Hills. The goal of this study was to explore options for a potential future trail along this stretch of Lake Johanna Boulevard. Elmer L. Andersen Memorial Trail
A portion of the trail system in Arden Hills is named after former Governor Elmer L. Andersen. This trail segment extends northeast from the intersection of Cleveland and County Road D to the boundary of Tony Schmidt Regional Park.
