City Business Licenses and Business Registrations

All businesses in the City of Arden Hills are required to complete and submit a Business License/Registration Application annually.

For questions about City Tobacco and Liquor Licenses contact the City Clerk at 651-792-7811.

Low Potency THC Edible Products:  City Code allows businesses that hold a current liquor or tobacco license to apply for a conditional use permit (CUP) to sell lower potency THC edible products.  Please contact the Community Development Department at 651.792.7810 for more information about the CUP process.

Adult-Use Cannabis Retail Registrations:  Contact the City Clerk at 651-792-7811 for information.
