City Council Advances Strategic Planning Efforts

In 2025, the City Council and department leaders participated in three work sessions facilitated by Hue Life to develop a strategic plan for goal setting, planning and budgeting purposes. An outcome of the process was a three-year vision of “we envision Arden Hills operating sustainably and meeting the evolving needs of its community.” From these sessions, the City received a comprehensive strategic plan summary outlining core values of Community Vitality, Responsible Stewardship and Integrity in Service, two-year strategic directions and priorities to be implemented in year one starting in 2026.
